Wallhide, a warehouse distributor for RJF International Corporation's wallcoverings, warrants to its Customers that Wallhide products will be free from any defects in material or workmanship and meet the design criteria noted in our website when properly applied and installed per our recommended installation instructions and care and maintenance instructions. If, in the sole opinion of Wallhide, a product covered by this warranty is defective, Wallhide will replace it free of charge, after the return and inspection of the questionable material. This warranty shall extend for a period of 30 days from date of shipment by Wallhide. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND IS THE SOLE WARRANTY EXTENDED BY WALLHIDE. Customers should be aware that there is limited inventory of certain items and that a direct replacement might not be possible. While most wallcovering is shipped in 30-yard rolls, partial rolls and mixed shade lots may be combined to fill your order. The liability of Wallhide under this material warranty is limited to the replacement of Wallhide products that are returned in original condition and does not include responsibility for any other damages, costs or charges. Wallhide will make every reasonable attempt to meet the Customer's needs or substitution.
All returns MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY EMAIL with a Returned Goods Authorization number issued by Wallhide. Wallhide is only responsible for the cost of goods sold, and is not responsible for shipping and handling charges on the returned goods. Wallhide will accept returns ONLY for defective products in original condition and if returned within 30 days of original shipment. Please contact us with any questions on returned goods.
