How wide and long is one linear yard?
Our dry erase wallcovering comes in 30 yard roll lengths. Each roll is 54" wide. So, we use the one linear yard measurement to give our customers a price unit for each pattern and color. Each linear yard (one yard long) is 54" wide. Each one linear yard will cover about 13.0 ft2. A 30 yard roll will cover over 400 ft2.
Is it $1.50 for one linear yard or a roll?
All prices are per linear yard. A linear yard is 54" wide and 36" (one yard) long. At the price of $1.50, a linear yard is about $0.11/ft2. The $1.50 depends on the pattern and type, our specials can cost less.
Does one linear yard come in a roll?
We can ship a one linear yard piece, but most of the shipping cost and weight is due to the cardboard packaging tube and plastic wrap we use to protect the product during shipping. You can change the quantity you need by updating the yards in your shopping cart.
How do I know the weight of the wallcovering?
The majority of our Wallcovering is 21 ounces / linear yard. You can tell the weight by looking at our 11 digit product number where xxxx (style) xx21 (pattern and weight) xx (color) x (roll length).
For example: Collage Sunset (6347-K321-40-3) = 6347(style) K3(pattern) 21(weight in ounces) 40(color) 3(30 yard roll).

What products would you recommend for a boat's interior application?
We recommend any of the vinyl-type products because of the high humidity and water contact found in the marine environment. They are durable, easy to clean, highly decorative and are formulated with an anti-mildew agent that will extend its life.
How do I cover holes in my drywall or the grooves in paneling?
To cover your plaster, plywood, paneling or drywall surfaces, you might consider using Wall Liner to bridge the large gaps and rough surface, and then apply the wallcovering. Wall Liner is applied just like wallcovering using a standard vinyl wallcovering adhesive. These can be purchased at your local hardware and paint stores. Remove any loose vinyl or wallcovering. A slight sanding of the surface will help the adhesive bond to the wood.
